Jecel Censoro is one of the delegates from the 9th NYP. She is the chairman of the Committee on Education. During the parliament she showed us how passionate she is when it comes to the education sector and the youth, she aims to improve the education system thru checkmyschool.org
Jecel is born on June 05 (sorry no year =) ), she's from Quezon City, she graduated Psychology at UP Diliman and also took her graduate studies; Public Administration at the same school. She's now working for ANSA East Asia Pacific.
